I always say that a PT must inspire me in his appearance. You have to show me that you have attained what I aspire to attain. Ryan definitely doesn’t just talk, but has shown what he has achieved physically. From the first meeting to the regular check-ins he has always been professional, on-time and knowledgeable. The advice is practical and you walk away motivated to improve yourself. Diet is such a huge factor and here he has helped tremendously. You still have to do the work, but you know there is someone who has your back and whom you can turn to any time if you have concerns.
